At present, pre crushing before grinding both domestically and internationally mainly uses roller presses, hammer presses, or jaw presses, as well as counterattack presses. The disadvantages of roller presses are mainly manifested in the following aspects:
Firstly, the energy consumption is high. Although the particle size of the grinding machine is greatly reduced and the energy consumption of the grinder is reduced, the roller press itself has a high power consumption;
Secondly, the overall price is expensive;
Thirdly, complex maintenance and delayed production;
Fourthly, maintenance costs are high.
The disadvantages of hammering or scratching are:
Firstly, the discharge particle size is too large to meet the requirement of reducing the energy consumption of the mill;

2、 Project Introduction:

There is a stacking pool in the feeding section to prevent the wear of the feeding drum during stacking. The vortex type internal circulation air creates negative pressure at the feeding port to prevent dust. The middle part is first level broken. The high kinetic energy impeller throws the material onto the counterattack plate, causing it to collide and break into pieces, forming a material flow that causes the materials to collide and rub against each other until they are finely crushed. There is a screening system inside the crushing chamber, and fine powder flows into the discharge port through the sieve plate under the action of wind. The lower part is the rolling zone, where the coarse and fine materials have been separated through a first level of fine crushing. After the fine materials are removed The coarse material flows into the roller pressing chamber, and under the action of the driving roller, it is squeezed and crushed for secondary crushing. The final material is discharged through the discharge chute. The internal circulation composite crushing structure ensures the fine particle size of the material. High energy impeller throwing replaces hammer type cutting and crushing, thus saving wear-resistant materials.
